Jessie Trevino founded PowerWash-ington with one goal: provide honest, thorough exterior cleaning at a price that makes sense for families and local businesses. What started as a one-person operation in Olympia grew through referrals, repeat customers, and a simple rule: finish every job the way you'd want your own home treated.
As a family-owned company, PowerWash-ington treats every property like a neighbor's. The team handles residential roofs, gutters, driveways, and decks alongside commercial buildings, parking structures, and loading docks. Landscaping joined the service list because customers kept asking: the same crew that washes a deck can mow, edge, fertilize, and prune the yard around it.
The company operates 7 days a week and offers same-day estimates across Olympia, Tumwater, Lacey, Dupont, Belfair, Gig Harbor, and Shelton. Rates start at $0.15 per square foot.
